Susan Baird Motschiedler is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer’s Employment and Labor Law and Litigation practice groups. She maintains a civil litigation practice with a focus on employment litigation and counseling, and business litigation.

Susan regularly represents employers in lawsuits and counsels employers in a variety of areas including the following:
